To alert you that a session is coming up, Focusmate can play a tone and display a banner on your desktop before the start of the session.
You can configure this reminder in Settings, under the Notifications tab, and choose when you want to be notified.
You can toggle the feature off if you don't want desktop notifications.
Please note that this is only for desktop notifications, not mobile ones. We don't currently offer mobile notifications.
