We're a big community and there are many sessions happening on Focusmate 24/7, so we're almost always able to find you a partner.

If you don't get a partner or yours can't show up, we'll try to offer you a rematch after 2 minutes if there's someone else we can match you with. If you don't see this pop-up, that means there's unfortunately no one else available. If that happens you can leave, cancel the session, and schedule a new one in the next time slot (if that works with your schedule).

We automatically track lateness and no-shows, so there's no need to report your partners for this.

Group co-working spaces and instant sessions are features that will exist in future iterations of Focusmate to help users make productive use of their time even if they don't match with a partner (or their partner has to cancel last minute).
