If you'd prefer not to receive email notifications from Focusmate about all of your bookings we do have a way to turn them off -- but we may recommend you don't!

Here's why: those email notifications are the main way Focusmate sessions make it onto your trusted calendar i.e. Google, Outlook, Apple, etc -- often automatically thanks to settings in email applications like Gmail, Mail and Outlook.

If you aren't interested in having all that automagical goodness or adding them manually from the email notifications to your favorite calendar, feel free to continue!
