There are two different ways to book sessions:

  1. By clicking your chosen slot(s) directly on the Calendar

  2. By clicking the "Book a Session" button

On The Calendar

1. Go to your dashboard calendar, then toggle to choose between 25, 50, and 75 minutes for your session length.

2. Choose a time slot for your upcoming session on the calendar, then click to select. Don't worry if you don't see someone in that slot -- we can almost always find you a match :)

3. If you want to book more than one session, you can select more times on the calendar. Toggle to add different length sessions.

4. When you're happy with your selections, click to confirm your booking.

5. Done! You'll receive an email notification to confirm your booking. You can click the .ics file to add those sessions to your preferred calendar app.

Note: If you use Gmail, your sessions can be automatically added to your calendar.

Book a Session Button

1. On the dashboard, click the "Book a Session" button to start booking your session.

2. Add an optional note about what you plan to accomplish during the session.

3. Select the day and time for your session.

4. Choose your session length between 25, 50, and 75 minutes.

5. If you'd like to make this a recurring session, choose repeat, then select daily or weekly, and enter how many times you'd like to repeat.

6. When you're ready, click "Book".

7. Done! You'll receive an email notification to confirm your booking. You can click the .ics file to add those sessions to your preferred calendar app.

Note: If you use Gmail, your sessions can be automatically added to your calendar.
