Two convenient ways to book with sessions starting every 15 minutes!

Via the Book a Session button

Option 1: On The calendar

1. Go to your dashboard calendar, then toggle to choose between 25 and 50 minutes for your session length.

2. Choose a time slot for your upcoming session on the calendar, then click to select. You can select a time where someone is already available or book an empty slot and we'll match you up soon!

3. If you want to book more than one session, you can select some more times on the calendar. Toggle to add both 25 & 50 minutes sessions.

4. When you are ready with your selections, click to confirm your booking.

5. Confirmed! You'll receive an email notification of your booking. Just click to add those sessions to your preferred calendar app.

(Note: If you use Gmail, your sessions can be automatically be added to your calendar.)

Option 2: Via the Book a Session button

From your dashboard, click the Book a Session button to start booking your session.

  1. Add an optional note about what you plan to accomplish during the session

  2. Select the day and time for your session.

  3. Choose your session length between 25 and 50 minutes.

  4. If you'd like to book more sessions like this one, choose repeat, then select Daily or Weekly, and enter how many times you'd like to repeat.

  5. When you are ready, click Confirm Booking.

  6. Confirmed! You'll receive an email notification of your booking. Click to add those sessions to your preferred calendar app.
