There are two different ways to book sessions:
By clicking your chosen slot(s) directly on the calendar
By clicking the "Book a Session" button
On the calendar
1. Go to the homepage, and toggle to choose between 25, 50, and 75 minutes for your session length using the left hand panel. You can also change your other session settings, like Task and Quiet Mode.
2. Choose a time slot for your upcoming session on the calendar, then click to select. Don't worry if you don't see someone in that slot -- we can almost always find you a partner :)
3. If you want to book more than one session, you can select more times on the calendar. You can add different length sessions at the same time. When you are happy with your selection, click the "Book X sessions" button to confirm your booking.
4. You're all done! You'll receive an email notification to confirm your booking.
Note: If you use Gmail, your sessions can be automatically added to your calendar.
Book a Session Button
1. On the left hand panel, click the schedule button (it looks like a timer!) to the right side of "Focus now" to start booking your session.
2. Choose your session length between 25, 50, and 75 minutes.
3. Select the day and time for your session.
4. If you'd like to add a session title or make this a recurring session, click "Show more options" to see the extra settings.
6. When you're ready, click "Schedule".
7. Done! You'll receive an email notification to confirm your booking.
Note: If you use Gmail, your sessions can be automatically added to your calendar.
