Sometimes life gets in the way and you can't keep your commitment -- we get it. All we ask is that you respect your partner's time by canceling the session as soon as you're aware that you cannot make it (especially if it's within the last hour).

If you need to cancel it a few minutes before the start time, it's possible we won't be able to find them another match. In these situations, please message your partner a quick apology note explaining that you couldn't make it -- they'll appreciate it!
