My audio/video isn't working. What do I do?

First, make sure you have a supported browser. On desktop, we strongly recommend using Chrome. For mobile, we only support these browsers:

  • Android: Chrome

  • iOS (iPhone / iPad): Safari

You will also need to allow your browser permission to access your camera and microphone. Here are instructions on how to change your Chrome permissions for camera and microphone.

If you are still having trouble, try the following:

  1. Close and re-join the session

  2. Quit and restart your browser
