To update your time zone in Focusmate, go to the settings icon (on the main navigation bar on the left) and click to get to the Settings page. Then select "account".
A reason to need to update your time zone is if you are traveling to a new time zone and your sessions aren't activating at the right time because this doesn't update automatically.
