If your device time is wrong, you might experience a number of issues, such as no-shows, not being rematched, and issues logging in.

To fix this, follow the instructions below for Windows and macOS.

Time Settings on Windows

To set your device's time on Windows, type "Control Panel" into the search box in the Start Menu. Open the Control Panel, and go to "Clock and Region."

From there, go to "Date and Time". On the pop-up, select the "Internet Time" tab, and then click "Change settings."

Check the box that says "Synchronize with an internet time server" to automatically sync the clock. Then select a server from the drop-down menu and click "Update now."

Select OK, and then you can head back to Focusmate!

Time Settings on macOS

To fix your device time on macOS, click the "Apple" menu at the top left corner and open "System Settings".

Select "General" in the left sidebar and then click "Date and Time" on the right. From there, make sure that "Set date and time automatically" is turned on.

Select a time server from the source section to sync with.

Once you're done, close the window and head back to Focusmate!
