To update your time zone in Focusmate go to your profile icon (upper right-hand corner of the page) and click to get to the Settings page. Then select the pencil icon next edit your "Settings"

A reason to need to update your time zone is if you are traveling to a new time zone and your sessions aren't activating at the right time because this doesn't update automatically.
