Where to Find Your Referral Link
Head over to your Calendar page and click on the "Refer" button.
Once you're on that page, you can copy your unique referral link and share it however you like.

If someone uses my referral link to sign up, when will their free month begin?
As soon as they create their account, their free month will begin and they will be able to book unlimited sessions.
Do I have to be a paying user to refer someone and get a free month?
No, anyone can refer someone and receive a free month - even someone who's already enjoying a free month themselves!
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
No, a referral will only work if someone who does not already have a Focusmate account signs up after following a referral link.
I referred someone! When will I get my free month?
If you are on the Free plan, your free month will start as soon as someone who signed up with your referral code upgrades to Focusmate Plus and makes a monthly or yearly payment.
If you are already paying for Focusmate Plus, your free month will start at the end of your current payment period. For example:If you have a monthly subscription and your next expected payment is August 1st, you will instead be charged a month later (on September 1st), and you will have full access to Focusmate Plus until then.
Similarly, if you have a yearly subscription and your next expected payment is August 1st, you will be charged a month later (on September 1st). The payment amount will not change, and the following year you will be charged on September 1st.
Will I know who upgraded with my referral code?
We value privacy—while we'll let you know when someone you referred upgrades, we won't disclose who it is.
Will someone who uses my referral code be added as a Favorite, or be able to see my user account, or be able to book sessions with me directly?
No. Having your referral code does not grant someone access to your Focusmate account, Favorites list, or the ability to book sessions directly with you. Referred users will still need to add you as a Favorite, and their booking options will respect your snoozes and availability setting.
Where can I see how many free months I have earned?
You can find information about the months you've earned in the 'Subscription' section of your Focusmate settings page.
