What does the Favorites Availability view show?
Favorites Availability shows a consolidated view of when your Favorite partners are available on Focusmate over the next two weeks and lets you book sessions with them easily.
How can I open the Favorites Availability view?
On the main calendar: Click the 'Favorites Availability' link below the 'Book' button on the top left of your screen
On the 'People' page: Go to your Favorites list and then click the 'Favorites Availability' button
From anywhere on Focusmate: On the secondary navigation bar (the one that says Calendar / Sessions / People) click People and then on the dropdown menu click the first item, 'Favorites Availability'.
How can I book a session from the Favorites Availability view?
When you find a Favorite partner available at a time that works for you, just click the slot with their name and picture and then click on the confirmation button to book the session. That's it! Sessions you book on the Favorites Availability view are 'locked-in', meaning that your partner won’t change unless one of you cancels the session. More about locked-in sessions
What if I want to book a session with a Favorite partner but I already have a session at that time?
If you want to book with a Favorite partner but there’s a scheduling conflict, we’ll inform you and offer you a ‘Book anyway’ button; clicking this will cancel your existing session and book one with your Favorite partner.
Can I cancel sessions from the Favorites Availability view?
Yes. It's as simple as clicking the cross (X) icon on any booked session and then clicking 'Cancel'.
Will I see all of my Favorite partners here?
Yes, as long as your Favorite partners have available sessions over the next two weeks and their Availability setting allows, they will show up here. If you don’t see a Favorite partner on your Favorites Availability view, it could be because:They don't have any sessions over the next two weeks
They do have sessions but other people have already booked them
Their Availability setting doesn’t allow their sessions to be shown
